For Shop to Own: Some pieces are offered on preorder if they are not currently in stock. Preorder items are made to order and will be delivered within the timeframe listed on the product page. Please note that preorder pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
For The Lending Wardrobe: Availability depends on the rental schedule. If your desired piece is reserved, you may select alternate dates or ask to be notified when it becomes available again.
Shop to Own (in-stock purchases): You may request cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet shipped. In-stock purchases are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, as long as items remain unworn and in original condition.
Shop to Own (preorder items): Preorders are final sale and cannot be canceled, modified, or returned.
The Lending Wardrobe rentals: Cancellations may be requested up to 7 days before the rental start date for a full refund. After that point, cancellations and modifications are not permitted due to limited garment availability.

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery if the item is unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
In-stock purchases: Eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Preorders, custom orders, and rentals: Final sale. No returns or cancellations permitted.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend returning your eligible item and placing a new order.
Email info@jiaqi.studio with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of our studio receiving and inspecting the return. You’ll be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Please note: banks and card providers may take additional time to post the funds.

We recommend submitting your rental request at least 10–14 days before your journey begins, especially for time-sensitive occasions.
Each piece is professionally cleaned, steamed, and carefully inspected before being packed. Your garment will arrive freshly pressed and wrapped with intention.
No. Please do not attempt to wash, dry clean, or alter the garment in any way. Each piece is cleaned by our trusted specialists to preserve fabric integrity and construction.
No. To preserve the integrity of each piece, alterations of any kind are not permitted.
Yes. All garment bags, hangers, and packaging components are sanitized or refreshed between rentals to meet our hygiene standards.
Your order includes a prepaid return shipping label, printed return instructions, and all necessary materials for a smooth return. Simply:
Reseal the original package
Include the garment, hanger, garment bag, and completed Wearer’s Log
Attach the prepaid label
Drop off the parcel at the designated carrier by 4:00 PM on your final rental day
Please ensure all components are returned in good condition to avoid additional charges.
If carrier locations are closed on your return day, please drop off the package the following morning before 10:00 AM. Late fees may still apply if your package is postmarked outside the grace period, so we recommend planning ahead when possible.
Minor wear is expected and covered. However, if an item is lost, stolen, or returned with major damage, you may be charged up to the garment’s depreciated retail value. Each case is reviewed individually, and you will be notified before any charge is processed.
